How do I make a booking?Please fill out our enquiry/contact form and we will be in touch to book in a groom.

How do I pay?At the time of placing your booking we will save your card details, after the groom your card will be charged. Please note we require 48 hours for changes and cancellations to your booking. You may be charge a 50% late cancellation fee for failing to give 48 hours notice.

What is your changes/cancellation policy?We require 48 hours notice for any changes and/or cancellations. If cancellations are made within 48 hours of your booking we may charge a 50% fee of your booking.

Do you charge extra for matting?Yes, we have a $15 flat rate for any matting

Do I need electricity and water?Yes, the mobile van requires an electricity point and front tap to run.

How often should I books my dog in for a groom?We recommend every 4-6 weeks between grooms; especially for our extra hairy friends!

How long will my appointment take’?Appointment time can vary dependent on the dogs temperament and coat condition. Your booking will you give you an estimated time but it is important to understand it is not always possible to stick to this.

Can I shave my double coated dog?It does not make them cooler. Shaving a double coated dog only hinders their ability to regulate their temperature. Although they may look like they could be over heating, they will be cooler if their fur is not cut.
